Ho Chi Minh's ethical thought is ultimately the fine traditional ethical values of the nation, the quintessence of human culture, smoothly combined with the advanced ethical thought of the times. It is an ethical thought for the people, for the people, loyal to the country, filial to the people, vividly expressed through the virtues: "Diligence, thrift, integrity, uprightness, impartiality, selflessness", simple and modest style throughout his life.
Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style is the way for each of us to understand the greatest lesson in Uncle Ho's ideology and morality, which is that all values must be tested through practice. In his work Revolutionary Ethics, Uncle Ho wrote: "Morality is not something that falls from the sky, it is acquired through daily practice, just like jade becomes brighter the more it is polished, or gold becomes purer the more it is refined. A revolutionary must have revolutionary morality. Without revolutionary morality, if you are corrupt and degenerate, what can you do for the people and the country?

Therefore, continuing to implement Directive 05 of the Politburo is the way for us to turn studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style into a driving force for the entire Party, people and army to promote internal strength, overcome difficulties and challenges, successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and all revolutionary tasks in the new period; so that each Party member and cadre is increasingly worthy of the role and mission of leading the Vietnamese revolution and the trust of the people. Especially when this movement is carried out in parallel with continuing to promote the fight against corruption, negativity and waste, directly directed by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and has achieved many important results.
Implementing Conclusion 01 of the Politburo, over the past 2 years, many party members, including some key leaders at the central and local levels, have been disciplined for degeneration. However, there are also many examples of individuals and groups that are typical and advanced in all fields and patriotic emulation movements, who have been promptly rewarded and recognized. Use the good to eliminate the bad, use positive factors to push back the negative; each party member knows how to put himself among the people, accept the supervision of the people, look at himself in reality to understand himself, and be a pioneer on the front line of fighting to push back the degradation of political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and preserve the qualifications of a party member.

Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle means learning a high-level cultural behavior, learning the virtues of humility, independence, self-control, creativity, daring to think, daring to do, daring to innovate, daring to take responsibility for the common interests of the nation; being ready to abandon backwardness and outdatedness to move towards new things of the times; cadres, party members, leaders, first of all high-ranking leaders of the Party and State must set a shining example of revolutionary morality, exemplary personality and lifestyle; not being corrupt, not being influenced by interest groups; not letting family members or relatives take advantage of their work positions for personal gain; seeing the right must be resolutely protected, seeing the wrong must be resolutely fought against.
Remembering Uncle Ho in May, we are more aware of his simple yet profound advice:“A Party, a nation and each individual, being great yesterday, loved and respected by everyone, does not mean that they are still respected by everyone today, if their hearts are no longer pure, and fall into individualism.”

Understanding that will help us see that learning and following Uncle Ho is to make our hearts purer and our minds brighter, so that each person can overcome the bad and seek the good; to make ourselves more and more perfect, to contribute to building our Party to be increasingly cleaner, stronger, and more worthy of the trust and expectations of the people./.
