Prime Minister approves partial adjustment of master plan for construction of Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone
(Baonghean.vn) - The total land area of the tourist area after adjustment is about 112 hectares.
On November 4, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 1516/QD-TTg approving local adjustments to the master plan for the construction of the Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone, Nghe An province.
Accordingly, the Prime Minister decided to partially adjust the Master Plan for the construction of the Southeast Economic Zone, Nghe An province (approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1534/QD-TTg dated October 21, 2008) with specific contents, including:

Regarding traffic, adjust the direction of the national defense route and the coastal road to follow the road to Bai Lu Tourist Area and road D4 - Southeast Economic Zone (not passing through Bai Lu, Bai Tien Phong, Bai Hai Don tourist areas).
Adjust the direction of the external traffic route passing through Bai Tien Phong area (the route connecting Bai Lu to Bai Hai Thinh) to go close to the foot of the mountain in the Southwest.
Regarding land use, the Prime Minister agreed to convert the urbanized village land area of 22.63 hectares in the area of Bai Tien Phong and Bai Hai Don into a tourist area. Arrange a resettlement area for households in the urban land area in urban area No. 5.
Converting urban public center land, scale 5.98 ha into green park land for sports and physical education.
Arrange and rearrange the green park, sports and physical training areas in a concentrated direction based on adjusting the location of tourist land. The area of green land, parks and sports after adjustment is expected to reach about 80.56 ha (an increase of 21.97 ha).
Arrange and rearrange the tourist land in the area of Bai Tien Phong and Bai Hai Don from dispersed to concentrated on the basis of the land of the urbanized villages that will be relocated, land for green trees, sports parks and unused land.
