Mr. Le Viet Thuc - Deputy Director of Nghe An Provincial Social Insurance said: To speed up the number of essential administrative procedure records registered through the National Public Service Portal and Vietnam Social Insurance public services, the Provincial Social Insurance has directed the synchronous implementation of many solutions. Specifically, when people come to the administrative procedure reception and return results department at the provincial, district, town Social Insurance headquarters and the Provincial Public Administration Service Center to submit their records directly, the One-stop shop department will guide and support organizations and individuals to use online public services. Assign monthly targets for essential public services to units. Promote online public service dissemination in flexible, appropriate and widespread forms to the people.
Also according to Mr. Thuc, in order to implement Project 06 synchronously, the Provincial Social Insurance requested the Provincial Project 06 Working Group to direct the People's Committees of districts and cities to resolutely assign targets to the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, People's Committees of communes in reviewing and supplementing personal identification information (PID), citizen identification, full name, date of birth of health insurance participants managed by the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs and social insurance and health insurance participants living in the area whose data has not been cleaned; promptly guide participants to supplement their records to adjust information managed by the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs if there are discrepancies with the National Population Database.
The provincial Social Insurance also requested the Provincial Working Group to implement Project 06 to direct the Public Security Department to continue to closely coordinate with the Social Insurance of districts and towns to review, update, and verify the information on the ID card/CCCD number of social insurance and health insurance participants with the National Population Database to ensure the rights of citizens when performing general administrative procedures, as well as to conduct transactions with the Social Insurance agency. Speed up the progress of permanent residence registration for children; update and supplement children's information to the National Population Database; determine the ID card number for children who are granted more than 2 ID cards.
With the difficult reality of a mountainous district, Mr. Dinh Hong Vinh - Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuong Duong district said: In mountainous areas, propaganda for the implementation of Project 06 is very important. The district has directed the development of propaganda articles on the benefits, regulations, and methods of implementing online public services; directed the People's Committees at all levels to mobilize the participation of departments, branches, and social organizations to promote propaganda work in many forms such as: using loudspeakers to broadcast in villages and hamlets; distributing leaflets; propaganda in meetings at all levels... According to Lieutenant Colonel Vi Van Giang - Chief of Cua Lo Town Police: The work of installing and activating electronic identification for people faces many difficulties for the elderly who do not have smartphones. In many cases, it is impossible to guide the activation over the phone and must be done directly. Not to mention, there are currently more than 4,000 citizens in the town working abroad who have not returned to make CCCD... Based on statistics, the town police assigned the police of the wards to stay close to the area to promptly inform the people, mainly young citizens working and studying abroad, when returning to the locality, they should immediately go to the police headquarters to make ID cards and authenticate electronic identification.
