PV:Truong Bon National Historical Relic Site has been invested in construction and renovation, worthy of the merits and sacrifices of the heroes and martyrs. In the past, what specific activities have we had to promote the value of the relic?
Mr. Phan Trong Loc:As we know, Truong Bon is a historical place, associated with the fighting and sacrifice of thousands of youth volunteers during the anti-American war. Recognizing the place name Truong Bon, recognizing the dedication and heroic sacrifice of Truong Bon soldiers, typically the dedication and heroic sacrifice on October 31, 1968 of 13 Youth Volunteers of the "Steel Squad", on January 12, 1996, the Minister of Culture and Information issued a Decision to recognize Truong Bon as a National Historical Site.
To promote the value of Truong Bon Relic, on April 19, 2010, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee issued Decision 1591/QD.UBND-CNXD approving the Investment Project to build the project to preserve and restore Truong Bon National Historical Relic. During the project implementation, the province invested in construction of project items with a total cost of 365 billion VND, mainly from socialized sources.
In 2014, Nghe An province decided to establish the Truong Bon National Historical Relic Management Board to improve the efficiency of conservation and promote the value of the relic. Every year, the Relic welcomes about 400,000 visitors from all over the country. Truong Bon has become a "red address" to educate revolutionary traditions and patriotism for all classes of people, and is a key spiritual tourism destination of Nghe An.
Over the years, Nghe An province has regularly connected with central and local agencies, units, ministries, departments and branches to organize many activities to honor the great historical value of Truong Bon. These include coordinating the organization of art programs, scientific seminars, art creation campaigns; programs to welcome high-ranking delegations, Party and State leaders to visit, pay tribute and perform ceremonies.
The items of the Relic Site are regularly invested in, restored and protected, the ritual care is well taken care of and maintained, the tree system is developed, the campus is always green - clean - beautiful, meeting the needs of sightseeing, experience and learning of the people.
PV:Truong Bon is considered a “sacred land”, attracting many people to visit, worship and express gratitude. Could you share about the management and organization of activities so that people and tourists have a deep impression and image of the Relic Site? Truong Bon National History is widely spread?
Mr. Phan Trong Loc: Truong Bon has become a key spiritual tourism destination of Nghe An province, attracting a large number of people and tourists from all over the country to visit, study and pay their respects. Most of the delegations coming to Truong Bon have the same feeling that they are very impressed and satisfied with the reception, service and support of the Relic Management Board. The delegations are welcomed attentively, enthusiastically and friendly.
Coming to Truong Bon, most visitors are moved and emotional because during the tour, they will hear explanations about the history of Truong Bon, stories that are very authentic and leave a deep impression on the listeners. In addition, visitors can directly see artifacts and memorabilia associated with the youth volunteers who lived and fought on the Truong Bon fire line.
The motto of the Management Board of the Relic Site is to make visitors to Truong Bon want to come back many more times. Because when they come here, visitors feel secure, relaxed, emotional, welcomed and served enthusiastically and friendly. Mr. Phan Trong Loc:Traditional education is the responsibility of the whole society, of the whole political system. Today's young generation lives, works and studies in a peaceful environment, with full conditions for development. However, with the current global integration, a large number of young people show signs of fading ideals, revolutionary ethics, indifference to society, to the good traditional values of the nation, and the great contributions of previous generations.
In order for the historical values of Truong Bon to be accepted by the younger generation, first of all, the Education and Training sector needs to take more specific action, bringing traditional education content into schools, especially local history, through many different forms. In addition, schools must organize for students to visit and experience the "red addresses". Only when they come to places that mark the heroic sacrifices of previous generations, hear touching stories, see artifacts and memorabilia with their own eyes, will it have the most effective impact on students' awareness and emotions.
Provincial levels and sectors, together with the Truong Bon National Historical Relic Management Board, need to regularly promote the historical value of Truong Bon in various forms, spreading it to all classes of people, especially the young generation, to form in each person national pride, love for the homeland and roots, which is the motivation and spiritual baggage for each young person to step firmly in life.

Recognizing its importance, the Truong Bon National Historical Site Management Board has taken advantage of digital technology in the management and operation of activities such as: Updating historical information, information on activities, visiting delegations, images, movies, music... about Truong Bon on the unit's website.
Currently, Truong Bon website has a large number of visitors, nearly 10 million, tourists and people can refer to documents, find information about Truong Bon quickly, easily, officially and accurately. In addition, the group registration work is also implemented quickly, carefully prepared because groups register online, contact via hotline, thanks to which the reception work is getting better and better.
At the same time, the Management Board is operating and using an electronic sand table, a technological model integrating many technological elements, simulating Truong Bon history through real scenes, combining sound and images to create vivid effects, recreating the living and fighting scenes of the Youth Volunteer Force on the Truong Bon fire line, attracting many visitors and spectators.
In the coming time, the Management Board of the Relic Site will deploy digital technology, provide online tourism services, build virtual tours, simulated tourism through recreating images, videos, other multimedia elements such as sound effects, music or narration, description, text, new technology applied as the core of the system such as 360 photos, 360 videos, Panorama photos, Flycam photos... From there, creating conditions for visitors to better understand the tourist destination and inspire their journey to Truong Bon...
