The case happened in 2014. Sam Van Bien (born in 1984, Quang Phong commune, Que Phong district) went to China to do business and met his old classmate Lang Thi Xuan (born in 1983), who was from the same commune. Xuan went to China to get married and have children. There, Xuan discussed with Bien about going back to Vietnam to find someone to take her to China to sell. Bien agreed and then returned to his hometown to get acquainted with and seduce the mountain girls in the commune. With the drama ofChinaWorking with high salaries, many girls have "fallen into Bien's trap", including LTT.

With Bien's promise to advance 3 months' salary of 50 million VND, T. agreed to go to China to work. The victim was taken to Mong Cai, Quang Ninh and illegally crossed the border into China.

Here, T. was welcomed home by Xuan. Two days later, Xuan sent someone to meet her and T. was then sold to a Chinese man for 65,000 yuan, equivalent to 195 million VND. In 2017, T. was rescued by the Blue Dragon Organization in coordination with the Criminal Police Department.

After being rescued, T. filed a complaint against Sam Van Bien with the police. As for Bien, as soon as he learned that T. had returned home, he fled the area and went to live in Lam Dong.

To clarify and capture the subjects in this ring, Team 4, Criminal Police Department spent a lot of effort, spreading troops to search from Nghe An to Lam Dong for many days.

After a long search, in early January 2021, the police identified the suspect hiding in Phi To commune, Lam Ha district, Lam Dong province. Accordingly, the unit urgently went to Lam Dong to arrest him.

When the task force had just arrived in Lam Dong, the subject "sniffed it out" and quickly fled back to his hometown. At this time, the task force immediately returned to his hometown to carry out the investigation.pursuit, determined not to lose track of the subject again.

Accordingly, the Criminal Police Department mobilized maximum forces to coordinate with Que Phong District Police, Quang Phong Commune Police, and Chau Thon Commune Police, dividing into many working groups to search for Bien's hiding place.

After many days of intensive searching, at 2:00 p.m. on January 25, the Special Investigation Team discovered and arrested Sam Van Bien at his son's rented room in Nghi Lien Commune, Vinh City. Conducting an extended investigation, at 5:00 p.m. the same day, the police force arrested Lang Thi Xuan in her hometown.

Currently, the Criminal Police Department is consolidating records and expanding the investigation.
