Snow covers the border area of Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 18, the influence of cold air and low temperatures caused snow to cover the border opening area in Na Ngoi commune, Ky Son district.
At the foot of landmark 420 on Puxailaileng peak in Buoc Mu village, Na Ngoi commune (Ky Son), managed by Na Ngoi Border Guard Station, most of the tree branches and grass were covered in white snow.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Hoa - Political Commissar of Na Ngoi Border Guard Station (Nghe An Border Guard) said: To ensure the health of officers and soldiers performing tasks in cold weather, the unit has added warm blankets and thermal clothing for comrades on duty at the Buoc Mu Border Control Station.

The station is located at an altitude of about 1,900m above sea level, covered in clouds all year round, often freezing, temperatures sometimes dropping below 0 degrees Celsius, and snow covering the mountains and forests.
