“Warm Spring in the Highlands - Nafoods Gives Gifts to Celebrate Spring 2025” is a meaningful activity of Nafoods Group aimed at bringing a warm Tet holiday to disadvantaged people in Tri Le commune, Que Phong district, and supporting workers before the new year.

On the afternoon of January 15th, Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company (Nafoods Group) organized the program "Warm Spring in the Highlands - Nafoods bestows blessings to celebrate Spring 2025".

This is a meaningful activity leading up to the Lunar New Year.Nafoods Group Joint Stock CompanyThe aim is to bring meaningful gifts to support disadvantaged ethnic minority households in Tri Le commune, Que Phong district. At the same time, it aims to provide support, encouragement, and sharing with employees and workers of the company who are facing difficult circumstances and are children of local residents.

Deeply moved upon receiving meaningful Tet gifts at the program, Ms. Nong Thi Thanh (born in 1990) said that she has a close relationship with...Nafoods Passion Fruit Joint Stock CompanyShe has been working as a worker in the Seed Production Department since 2018. With an average income of 6-7 million VND per month, she has been able to provide a stable financial foundation to support her family.

However, since 2021, her husband's heart condition has worsened, making treatment expensive. At the end of 2024, her second son unfortunately suffered a serious accident, further exacerbating the already difficult family situation.

Understanding her situation, the company has provided much support. Today, at the "Warm Spring in the Highlands - Nafoods Gives Gifts to Celebrate Spring 2025" program, she was deeply moved to receive a meaningful Tet gift. This gift will help her and her family alleviate some of the difficulties during the upcoming Tet holiday.

Sharing the simple joy of receiving warm gifts at the program, Mrs. Luong Thi Thong (born in 1952) said that her family lives in Minh Chau village (Tri Le commune). She and her husband are now elderly and frail, so cultivating rice in the fields is no longer effective. Therefore, receiving gifts including essential goods and cash made her very happy because this Tet holiday will be warmer and more fulfilling for her family.

The joy of Ms. Thong and Ms. Thanh is the shared joy of 120 individuals who received gifts at the "Warm Spring in the Highlands - Nafoods Gives Gifts to Celebrate Spring 2025" program.

At the program, representativesNafoods GroupThey donated 100 gift packages to 100 disadvantaged households, with a total value of 70 million VND.

In addition, company representatives also presented 10 gifts worth a total of 20 million VND to 10 local workers and laborers in particularly difficult circumstances.

Many commendable efforts

Over the years, Nafoods Group has implemented the "Tet for the Poor" program, supporting disadvantaged children in Tri Le, Que Phong district (Nghe An province) in particular, and many other localities nationwide, in a comprehensive manner.

In the sustainable poverty eradication effort in Nghe An province, through the development of raw material areas and nurseries, the High-Tech Agricultural Research and Development Institute in Que Phong district, Nafoods Passion Fruit Joint Stock Company (a subsidiary of Nafoods Group) is actively contributing to economic transformation and improving the lives of local people effectively.

Established in 2013 in Tri Le commune (Que Phong district), Nafoods Passion Fruit Joint Stock Company currently has a thriving nursery project and a high-tech agricultural research and development institute, providing numerous jobs for local workers.

Currently, the seed institute's production capacity is recorded at 8 million seedlings per year. The total seedling production from 2019 to 2024 is 19.5 million seedlings, generating revenue of 471 billion VND.

Thanks to this development, Nafoods has created jobs and stable income for 200 regular workers, and up to 300 seasonal workers during peak seasons, contributing to a significant improvement in the lives of the people in Tri Le commune.
