Ready built factories in VSIP Nghe An start construction

(Baonghean.vn) - On 6th July morning, VSIP Nghe An Co., Ltd. organized the groundbreaking ceremony for Phase 1 of the construction of ready built factories inside the VSIP Nghe An Industrial-Urban-Service Park at Hung Tay commune, Hung Nguyen district.

The ceremony attracted the attendance of leaders from provincial departments and industries, as well as leaders from Hung Nguyen district and Mr. Anthony Tan – General Director of VSIP Nghe An Co., Ltd.

The ready build factory area occupied 20,000 m2 and was developed in phases with total estimated investment of up to 6 million US dollars.

Besides, the ready built factories’ customers also received the same services as the land renters did, consisting of: legal support, recruitment consultancy, security, fire protection system, as well as landscape and tree service inside the industrial park, etc...

On behalf of VSIP Nghe An, Mr. Anthony Tan confirmed his company’s long-term investment commitment and determination to build a sustainably developed investing environment step-by-step in Nghe An.

He emphasized, the ready built factories would enable the investors to speed the production deployment progress, reduce initial costs while offer them chances to start businesses at small size, and rent larger factories when expanding production or lease land to establish their own manufacturing plants.

Mr. Hoang Van Phi, Secretary of Hung Nguyen district Party Committee expected the project to be implemented in accordance with the schedule, ensuring the quality and soon coming into operation; thereby luring and providing services to more and more investors who want to set up their businesses in Nghe An.

The VSIP Nghe An Industrial-Urban-Service Park inside VSIP Nghe An Integrated Township and Industrial Park is located in a 750 ha area, started construction from 16th Sept. 2015. Upon realizing Phase 1A, the ground leveling and infrastructure construction had promptly been performed. VSIP Nghe An at the moment continued with other important works such as waste water treatment plant, pump stations, fire protection stations, etc. to serve the first customers from Q4 this year.
