Billboard... drunk!

(Baonghean) -The panel in the photo was erected in 2007, at a cost of no less than ten million VND. Through the sun, rain, and storms, it still stands firm…!

Since the reconstruction of Highway 48, the roadbed was raised, and a large house was being built underneath the panel every day... the panel immediately sank very low, nestled next to a small road that forms the boundary between Quy Hop town and Chau Quang commune (Quy Hop district, Nghe An province), despite the broken wires, the cars colliding and causing the pillars to tilt... so every time a gust of wind blew, the panel would sway to one side, tilt to the other, looking funny like a drunk person, wanting to take a step but his feet were stuck to the ground, so pathetic.

Perhaps the people who built it forgot, or thought that it had “fulfilled its propaganda mission”, no matter how much money it cost, it would be fine, just stand there and…sway for fun, until it collapsed to the ground…maybe some scrap metal sellers would come and take it down for them…!
