(Baonghean)The billboard in the photo was erected in 2007, at a cost of no less than ten million dong. Despite enduring countless sun, rain, and storms, it still stands strong…!

Ever since the reconstruction of Highway 48, raising the roadbed, and a large house being built beneath the billboard, the billboard has sagged significantly, nestled beside a small road marking the boundary between Quy Hop town and Chau Quang commune (Quy Hop district, Nghe An province). Despite broken ropes and car collisions causing the poles to sway, the billboard shakes from side to side with every gust of wind, looking comical, like a drunk person trying to walk but their feet stuck to the ground – truly pathetic.

Perhaps those who built it forgot, or thought it had "fulfilled its propaganda purpose," and that no matter how much money was spent, it would just stand there... swaying for fun, until it finally collapsed to the ground... and maybe some scrap metal dealers would come and take it down for them...!
