On August 31, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, General Secretary To Lam received member of the Politburo Standing Committee, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China Zhao Leji on the occasion of his official visit to Vietnam, attending the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2 and co-chairing the first session of the Cooperation Committee between the National Assembly of Vietnam and the National People's Congress of China.
Clarifying the role of Party members and Party organizations in propagating Party building work

On the morning of August 29, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department and the Nghe An Journalists Association jointly organized a journalism training course on "How to choose topics and skills to propagate Party building work in the press".
