Truck runs over student to death

(Baonghean) -On the way to university entrance exam review class, a student was run over and killed by a truck going in the same direction.

At about 3:50 p.m. on June 22, Le Thi Trang (born 1993), residing in Hamlet 4, Nghi An Commune (Nghi Loc), was cycling to prepare to go to Vinh City to review for the university entrance exam as usual when she had an accident.

While traveling on National Highway 1A, at Km 455, passing through Hamlet 5, Nghi Lien Commune (Vinh City) into the city, a truck with license plate 37C 00.958 traveling in the same direction hit Trang, resulting in Trang's death on the spot. The initial cause of the accident was that the driver was driving at high speed, unable to control the situation, so he crossed the sidewalk, and drove a primitive vehicle.

It is known that this is a road section where serious traffic accidents often occur due to narrow roads and sidewalks.

Immediately after the incident, the police were present to promptly verify, investigate the incident and control traffic congestion.
