(Baonghean) - Nghe An Provincial Police have just issued Plan No. 211 to implement the work of preventing and combating the smuggling, production, trading, storage and illegal use of firecrackers during the traditional New Year 2012. The plan identifies routes, areas, key subjects and assigns tasks and specific targets to units. The implementation period is divided into 2 phases: phase 1 from October 5 to December 31, 2011; phase 2 from January 1, 2012 to February 28, 2012. Any unit that allows the situation of setting off firecrackers to occur frequently, especially on New Year's Eve of the Year of the Dragon 2012, the Chief of Police of the relevant districts, cities and towns must be held responsible before the provincial police leadership, and the unit will have its emulation title in the first quarter of 2012 removed.
