(Baonghean.vn) - The Criminal Police Team of Vinh City Police Department has just arrested two suspects, Phan Bá Đồng and Nguyễn Văn Định (residing in Hamlet 1 and Hamlet 2, Hưng Yên Bắc Commune, Hưng Nguyên District), on charges of stealing citizens' property.

Acting on a tip from the public, the city police investigated and tracked down a car with license plate 37S-7024 driven by Mr. Dan (residing in Block 12, Cua Nam Ward, Vinh City) that was transporting three cows for sale. They arrested two suspects, Phan Ba ​​Dong and Nguyen Van Dinh. During questioning, Dong and Dinh confessed to stealing four cows from Mr. Dau Huu Chau's family (in Hamlet 8, Hung Loi Commune, Hung Nguyen District) and transporting them to the Vinh football field area for sale. They also admitted to successfully stealing and selling seven cows in three separate incidents from Hung Nguyen, Nam Dan, and Nghi Xuan districts (Ha Tinh Province) since the end of 2011.
