Arrested 2 cow thieves
(Baonghean.vn) - The Criminal Police Team of Vinh City Police has just urgently arrested two subjects, Phan Ba Dong and Nguyen Van Dinh (residing in Hamlet 1 and Hamlet 2, Hung Yen Bac Commune, Hung Nguyen District) for the crime of stealing citizens' property.
Receiving information from the people, the city police investigated and tracked down the car with license plate 37S-7024 driven by Mr. Dan (in block 12, Cua Nam ward, Vinh city) that transported 3 cows for sale, and urgently arrested 2 subjects, Phan Ba Dong and Nguyen Van Dinh. Through the struggle, the 2 subjects Dong and Dinh confessed that they stole 4 cows from Mr. Dau Huu Chau's family (in hamlet 8, Hung Loi commune - Hung Nguyen) and brought them to the Vinh football field area to transport them for sale. They also confessed that from the end of 2011 until now, they have successfully stolen and sold 3 cases, 7 cows in Hung Nguyen, Nam Dan and Nghi Xuan districts (Ha Tinh).
