Illegal fishing at sea

(Baonghean.vn) -On August 29th, Lach Quen Checkpoint, Quynh Thuan Border Guard Post (148) discovered a vessel with license plate: NA-93053-TS owned by Mr. Nguyen Van Ve (born in 1967, residing in Phong Thai village, Tien Thuy commune, Quynh Luu district) using an expired sea exploitation license without re-registering.

The Quỳnh Thuận Border Guard Station fined the vehicle owner 2.1 million VND for administrative violations, which must be paid into the state budget, and also required the vehicle to be registered when operating at sea, as per regulations.
