Illegal fishing at sea

(Baonghean.vn) -On August 29, Lach Quen Control Station, Quynh Thuan Border Guard Station (148) discovered a vehicle with license plate: NA-93053-TS owned by Mr. Nguyen Van Ve (born in 1967, residing in Phong Thai village, Tien Thuy commune, Quynh Luu district), using an expired sea exploitation license without re-registering.

Quynh Thuan Border Guard Station has administratively fined the vehicle owner 2.1 million VND to pay to the budget, and forced the vehicle to register when operating at sea according to regulations.
