(Baonghean.vn) - On January 19, Quynh Phuong Border Post (Nghe An Border Guard) patrolled and discovered 2 vehicles/5 crew members using electric shock to catch seafood at coordinates: 190 16' N - 1050 51' E. The crew members all reside in Hai Thanh commune, Tinh Gia district, Thanh Hoa province.

Quynh Phuong Border Guard Station has decided to administratively fine 6 million VND to 2 vehicle owners and confiscate the violated items.
