Using electric shock devices for fishing.

(Baonghean.vn) - On January 19th, the Quynh Phuong Border Guard Post (Nghe An Border Guard Command) on patrol discovered two vessels with five crew members using electric shock devices to catch seafood at coordinates: 190 16' N – 1050 51' E. All crew members reside in Hai Thanh commune, Tinh Gia district, Thanh Hoa province.

The Quỳnh Phương Border Guard Station issued a decision to fine the two vehicle owners 6 million VND each for administrative violations and confiscated the infringing items.
