Art exhibition "Source of Happiness"

On the occasion of International Museum Day (May 18) and in response to the "Year of the Vietnamese Family - 2013", on May 19, the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum (66 Nguyen Thai Hoc, Hanoi) organized an exhibition titled "The Source of Happiness" showcasing works by famous painters on the themes of motherhood and family.



The public will have the opportunity to admire works by artists trained in the early courses of the Indochina College of Fine Arts, such as Tran Van Can, Vu Giang Huong, Le Quoc Loc, and later generations of artists such as Tran Luu Hau, Huy Oanh, Nguyen Quan, Vu Cuong, Ha Chi Hieu, and Dao Quoc Huy.

The museum also organizes interactive art education programs for children and parents: conversations with artists about art and artworks; themed painting; creative activities using traditional materials (Dong Ho folk painting, Bat Trang ceramic decoration, Chang Son paper fan making)... These activities run until May 29th.
