After the opening ceremony of the festival, a workshop was held to evaluate the good and bad aspects of the festival. Photographer Ngoc Thai, chairman of the jury, commented: in general, the photos of the North Central region this year showed clear progress, photographers took better and better photos, handled the techniques more smoothly, the quality of the content was rich and diverse, photographers were present everywhere, reflecting the breath of life of all classes of people... Besides, there were also many opinions disagreeing with some of the award-winning and exhibited works, some works still had technical errors, were illogically patched together, and had stiff lines that were not worthy of representing the selected works but still ranked high. The jury has absorbed the opinions and learned from experience in the following festivals.
