After the opening ceremony of the festival, a workshop was held to evaluate the good and bad aspects of the festival. Photographer Ngoc Thai, chairman of the jury, commented: in general, the photos of the North Central region this year show clear progress, photographers are taking better and better photos, handling techniques more smoothly, the quality of content is rich and diverse, photographers are present everywhere, reflecting the breath of life of all classes of people... Besides, there are also many opinions that disagree with some of the award-winning and exhibition works, some works still have technical errors, are illogically patched together, and have stiff lines that are not worthy of representing the selected works but still stand in high positions. The jury has absorbed the opinions and learned from experience for the following festivals.
