(Baonghean.vn) -On May 4, the Investigation Police Agency of Quynh Luu District Police arrested 5 subjects for threatening to kill people to handle according to the law.

Previously, on the evening of April 29, 2013, because he suspected Bui Tuan Anh (born in 1993, residing in Quynh Phuong commune, Quynh Luu) of stealing money from Nguyen Van Trung (born in 1988, residing in the same commune), Trung and 4 friends went to find Bui Tuan Anh and took him to the border area between Quynh Phuong and Quynh Lien communes (Quynh Luu district) to interrogate and force Tuan Anh to confess that he stole 7 million VND from Trung, otherwise he would kill him.

The suspects took off his shirt, tied his hands and feet, then buried him in a hole and covered it with sand, leaving only his neck, head, and hands exposed. Unable to force Tuan Anh to confess, the suspects released him and sent him home.
