(Baonghean.vn) -On May 4, the Investigation Police Agency of Quynh Luu District Police arrested 5 subjects for threatening to kill people to handle according to the provisions of the law.

Previously, on the evening of April 29, 2013, because he suspected that Bui Tuan Anh (born in 1993, residing in Quynh Phuong commune, Quynh Luu) had stolen money from Nguyen Van Trung (born in 1988, residing in the same commune), Trung and 4 friends went to find Bui Tuan Anh and took him to the border area between Quynh Phuong and Quynh Lien communes (Quynh Luu district) to interrogate and force Tuan Anh to confess that he had stolen 7 million VND from Trung, otherwise he would kill him.

The above subjects took off Tuan Anh's shirt, tied his hands and feet, buried him in a hole and covered him with sand, leaving only his neck, head and two hands exposed. Unable to force Tuan Anh to confess, the subjects released him and sent him home.
