Checking bottled beer business in Dien Chau

(Baonghean.vn) -On July 4, the interdisciplinary inspection team including the Economic Police, the Market Management Department, the Provincial Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality and representatives of the People's Committee of Dien Chau district continued the second day of inspection on the business of Hanoi bottled beer in Dien Chau district.

In response to rumors that there were fake, low-quality Hanoi bottled beer produced in Dien Chau district, affecting the brand and market share of Hanoi bottled beer, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision 2592/QD-UBND on establishing an interdisciplinary team to inspect the trading of fake and counterfeit Hanoi bottled beer.

The delegation divided into 2 working groups to inspect beverage and soft drink businesses in Dien Ngoc, Dien Kim, Dien Van, Dien Hong, Dien Ky, Dien Yen communes, Dien Chau town... The purpose of this inspection is to detect, prevent and promptly handle acts of manufacturing and trading counterfeit and poor quality Hanoi bottled beer. Protect the brand, rights and legitimate interests of manufacturing enterprises and the health of consumers.

After 2 days of inspection, the results showed that: all business establishments sold genuine products of Hanoi Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Corporation (Habeco); Through inspection at the establishments, the interdisciplinary inspection team did not detect any fake beer or beer imitating the Hanoi beer brand appearing in the area.
