Inspection of bottled beer business in Dien Chau.

(Baonghean.vn) -On July 4th, the inter-agency inspection team, comprising the Economic Police, the Market Management Department, the Provincial Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality, and representatives from the Dien Chau District People's Committee, continued its second day of inspections regarding the sale of Hanoi bottled beer in Dien Chau district.

Following rumors of counterfeit, low-quality Hanoi bottled beer being produced in Dien Chau district, affecting the brand and market share of Hanoi bottled beer, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision 2592/QD-UBND establishing an inter-agency team to inspect the business of trading counterfeit and imitation Hanoi bottled beer.

The team was divided into two working groups to inspect beverage and soft drink businesses in the communes of Dien Ngoc, Dien Kim, Dien Van, Dien Hong, Dien Ky, Dien Yen, and Dien Chau town... The purpose of this inspection was to detect, prevent, and promptly handle acts of producing and trading counterfeit and substandard Hanoi bottled beer. This was to protect the brand, the legitimate rights and interests of manufacturing businesses, and the health of consumers.

After two days of inspection, the results showed that all businesses were selling genuine products from the Hanoi Beer, Wine and Beverage Corporation (Habeco); during the inspections at the establishments, the inter-agency inspection team did not find any counterfeit or imitation Hanoi Beer products in the area.
