Man slashed for spilling beer on billiard table.

(Baonghean.vn) - At 4 PM on May 30th, Mr. Vu Xia Phong (born in 1965, residing in Huoi Dun village, Huoi Tu commune, Ky Son district) and several young men went to the billiard hall owned by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Binh (born in 1977, from Phuc Son, Anh Son district) in Huoi Dun village.

During the game, Phong's group spilled beer on the billiard table. Binh intervened to reprimand them, leading to an argument and a physical altercation. Binh then used a knife to slash Phong twice, once in the left elbow and once in the chest, causing injuries. The incident is currently under investigation by the Ky Son District Police.
