Slashed for spilling beer on a pool table

(Baonghean.vn) - At 4:00 p.m. on May 30, Vu Xia Phong (born in 1965, residing in Huoi Dun village, Huoi Tu commune, Ky Son) and a number of young men went to the billiards club of Nguyen Ngoc Binh (born in 1977, from Phuc Son, Anh Son), in Huoi Dun village.

During the game, Phong's group spilled beer on the billiard table, so Binh came out to warn them, leading to an argument and a fight. Binh then used a knife to slash Phong's left elbow and chest twice, injuring him. The incident is currently being investigated by the Ky Son District Police.
