One person died from electric shock

(Baonghean.vn) - At 6:00 p.m. on August 29, heavy rain broke the low-voltage power line in hamlet 3, Dang Son commune, Do Luong. Mr. Bui Phi Tiet (born in 1954, residing in hamlet 3, Dang Son commune) was passing by and got caught in the power line, so he was electrocuted to death on the spot.
