One person died from an electric shock.

(Baonghean.vn) - At 6 PM on August 29th, heavy rain caused a low-voltage power line to break in Hamlet 3, Dang Son Commune, Do Luong District. Mr. Bui Phi Tiet (born in 1954, residing in Hamlet 3, Dang Son Commune) was walking by and became entangled in the power line, resulting in him being electrocuted to death on the spot.
