Arrest of fugitive wanted

After a period of monitoring and verifying the subject's whereabouts, the Team for arresting other wanted subjects of the Criminal Police Department of Nghe An Police identified the subject Duong Thi Trang, born in 1977, residing in Giai Xuan Commune, Tan Ky District, Nghe An Province, hiding in Xuan An Town, Nghi Xuan, Ha Tinh. On the morning of August 14, 2013, the Team planned and successfully organized the arrest of Duong Thi Trang.

At the investigation agency, Trang confessed to having illegally traded drugs 4 times and was sentenced to 9 years in prison by the Vinh City People's Court for the previous 3 times. On the 4th time, on April 24, 2013, on Bach Lieu Street, Ben Thuy Ward (Vinh City), Duong Thi Trang was illegally trading drugs with Nguyen Thi Thao, born in 1991, residing in Cua Nam Ward, Vinh City, when the Vinh City Police caught her red-handed and seized 2 packets of heroin. Because she was raising a child under 36 months old, Trang was released on bail pending trial and fled the area. This is a very cunning female criminal, frequently changing her place of residence, making it difficult for the arresting force.

The agency is currently completing the dossier to bring the subject to strict legal action.
