48 awards were presented at the closing ceremony
On the morning of December 1, at the Cultural and Scientific Center of the Temple of Literature, Quoc Tu Giam, Hanoi, the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists (VAPA), under the auspices of the International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP), organized the award ceremony of the 7th International Artistic Photography Contest in Vietnam (VN-13).

Including 4 basic photography categories for black-and-white and color photos: Nature photography, Art portrait, Travel and Freedom, the contest attracted 1,427 authors from 51 countries and territories, including 353 foreign authors participating... With 15,360 photo files participating in the contest, the Jury selected 663 excellent works and awarded 8 sets of prizes with 48 prizes, including Gold, Silver, Bronze and Encouragement prizes... 663 excellent works from the contest were also hung at the Cultural and Scientific Center of Van Mieu, Quoc Tu Giam, Hanoi, serving the public who love the art of photography...
There are a number of works by Vietnamese authors that have won high awards such as: “Em bé Cơ tu” by author Đặng Văn Nở (FIAP Gold Medal); “Đông Kỵ festival quê tôi” by author Nguyễn Á (PAVA Gold Medal); “Bặt cá trong mưa” by author Ngô Thanh Bình (PAVA Gold Medal)… This is also an opportunity for artists to affirm the prestige of Vietnamese photography in general, the role of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists in particular with friends and international photographers…
