The C333 Nghe An Youth Volunteer Force Company was established on May 13, 1965, initially consisting of 130 comrades, mainly children of Nam Dan district. During the fierce war years, Cau Cam (in Nghi Long commune - Nghi Loc district) was a traffic artery junction, so the US imperialists sought to destroy it at all costs. There were many heroic sacrifices here, contributing to brightening the history of Nghe An Youth Volunteer Force, typically the 33 officers and soldiers of Team 69 and Team 65 who heroically sacrificed themselves on the evening of February 5, 1965.

At the seminar, delegates and former Youth Volunteers paid tribute to the martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the country, thereby arousing love for the country, adding strength to contribute to promoting the work of educating traditions, ethics, revolutionary ideals, patriotism, and national pride for today's young generation.
