Survey team discussed with the investor |
Through the survey, the working group of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee noted procedural difficulties regarding the issue of changing the name of the investor from Nghe An Housing Investment and Development Company, now Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Joint Stock Company 30. This is partly due to the constantly changing regulatory documents causing difficulties for investors and owners.
