The Ba Cho Duoc Festival in Binh Trieu commune, Thang Binh district, Quang Nam officially opened on February 10, which is January 11.

The Ba Cho Duoc Festival is held annually to commemorate the merits of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Cua - who was conferred the title of Thuong Dang Than by the Nguyen Dynasty Kings. This is a unique folk cultural festival, demonstrating the mother worship of the people of Quang.

Lang Ba was recognized as a provincial cultural relic by the People's Committee of Quang Nam province in 2008 and will be restored in the near future. Thang Binh district has plans to upgrade the festival to a provincial level while still ensuring spiritual and artistic elements.
