Leaders from Thai Hoa town attended the conference.

At the conference, many voters suggested that the State should have more policies prioritizing investment and development in rural areas in general, and remote areas in particular, so that these areas can develop rapidly and the lives of the people can be improved along with the development of the country. In addition, voters were very concerned about the need for the State to have a suitable roadmap for adjusting land use limits for rice cultivation, as well as strengthening the management of quality and price of seeds to ensure stable quality so that farmers can produce with peace of mind. Also related to rural development, voters suggested that the State should provide more support to localities facing difficulties in the process of building new rural areas, such as building roads and infrastructure, because the living standards of the people are still low and contributions are difficult.

Furthermore, voters also suggested that the State should address and adjust several issues related to the implementation of policies for families of war veterans, wounded soldiers, and disabled veterans, such as: the rehabilitation regime for wounded soldiers, the issuance of health insurance cards for the spouses of wounded soldiers, and the payment of money to families of war veterans who have received commendations from the province. In addition, addressing employment for graduating students and increasing allowances for deputy commune police officers were also among the concerns raised by the people.
