At the conference, many voters suggested that the State should have more preferential policies for investment in development for rural areas in general, and remote areas in particular, so that these areas can develop rapidly and people's lives can be improved along with the development of the country. In addition, voters are very interested in the need for the State to have a roadmap to adjust the land limit for rice fields appropriately, as well as strengthen the management of quality and prices of varieties to ensure quality and stability so that farmers can feel secure in production. Also related to the issue of rural development, voters suggested that the State should have more support for localities that are still facing difficulties in the process of building new rural areas such as: building roads, building infrastructure, etc. because people's lives are still low and contributions are difficult.

In addition, voters also recommended that the State should resolve and adjust a number of issues related to the implementation of policies for families of meritorious people, wounded soldiers, and sick soldiers, such as: nursing care for wounded soldiers, granting health insurance cards to the spouses of wounded soldiers, and paying money to meritorious families who have received certificates of merit from the province. In addition, the resolution of employment for students after graduation, and raising the allowance for deputy commune police officers, etc., were also recommended by the people.
