Vinh City: Competition for outstanding teachers in charge of the Youth Union in the 2013-2014 school year.

(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of May 23rd, at Ha Huy Tap Secondary School (Vinh City), the Vinh City Youth Union and the Vinh City Department of Education and Training organized the opening ceremony of the competition for outstanding teachers in charge of extracurricular activities for the 2013-2014 school year.

The competition featured 14 contestants selected from secondary and primary schools, all experienced teachers and youth group leaders representing 52 youth groups in Vinh City. The contestants were selected through a first round of writing innovative experience reports on youth group activities and movements in schools, which were recognized by the Vinh City Department of Education and Training. This year's contestants are young, enthusiastic in their youth group work, and have contributed to the strong performance of their schools in recent years.

The competition aims to realistically assess the capabilities, qualifications, and professional skills of teachers and youth group leaders. Contestants must go through three mandatory parts: a talent test, a theory test, and a youth group professional skills test. Through this competition, youth group leaders have the opportunity to exchange and learn from each other's experiences, thereby further developing youth group activities and the children's movement in Vinh City in a sustainable and highly effective manner.

The competition also aims to commend and honor outstanding teachers and youth group leaders who have achieved excellent results in directing the activities of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization, affirming the position and role of teachers and youth group leaders, contributing to improving the quality of comprehensive education in schools, and at the same time encouraging and motivating the team of teachers and youth group leaders to actively study, train, and hone their professional skills to achieve high results in the school's teaching and learning movement.
