Vinh City: Competition for excellent team leader teachers for the 2013-2014 school year
(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of May 23, at Ha Huy Tap Secondary School (Vinh City), Vinh City Youth Union and Vinh City Department of Education and Training held the opening ceremony of the competition for excellent teachers in charge of the 2013-2014 school year.

Participating in the contest were 14 contestants selected from secondary and primary schools, who were teachers - team leaders with experience in team work and youth movements, representing 52 teams in Vinh City. The contestants were selected through round 1 through writing initiatives on team work and youth movements in schools and were recognized by the Vinh City Department of Education and Training. The contestants participating in this year's contest are young, enthusiastic in team work, contributing to bringing school activities to achieve strong titles in recent school years.
The contest aims to assess the actual capacity, level, and professional skills of teachers - team leaders. Candidates must go through 3 compulsory exams: aptitude, theory, and team skills. Through the contest, team leaders have the opportunity to exchange and learn from each other's experiences in order to make the team work and children's movement of Vinh City increasingly develop firmly and with the highest efficiency.

The contest also aims to commend and honor excellent teachers - team leaders with outstanding achievements in directing the activities of Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Team, affirming the position and role of teachers - team leaders, contributing to improving the quality of comprehensive education in schools, while encouraging and motivating the team of teachers - team leaders to actively study, practice, and improve professional skills to achieve high results in the teaching and learning movement of the school.
