250 kg of stinking pig organs seized
On June 7, Team 5 of the Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police said it had drawn up a record and handed over all of the above organs to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development inspectors for destruction.

Previously, at 1:30 p.m. on June 6, the joint force including Team 5 of the Environmental Crime Prevention Police Department (PC 49) and Team 5 of the Traffic Police Department (PC 67) of Hanoi City Police in coordination with the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Rural Development inspectorate discovered and caught red-handed at km 157 of National Highway 1B, from Hanoi to Bac Ninh, car with license plate 98C-051.33 owned by Nguyen Van Nguyen (born in 1987) and Giap Van Bo (born in 1986, both from Bac Giang), as the assistant, transporting 250 kg of pig organs that were emitting a foul odor.
All of the above goods had no quarantine documents or origin, were iced and contained in 3 plastic drums of 200 liters each.
The driver and the assistant driver confessed that they had been contacted by a man named Thien in Nhu Quynh town, Hung Yen via mobile phone to transport the above goods from Nhu Quynh town to Pho Moi area, Bac Ninh to deliver to the sales center. The transportation fee was 700,000 VND.

During the transportation process, Mr. Thien told the driver to contact Mr. Thien when he arrived at Pho Moi and report the location so he could send someone to receive the goods.
The driver confessed that about 10 days ago, he also transported about 100 kg of organs for Mr. Thien to Pho Moi, Bac Ninh and delivered them to a woman to receive.
All of the above organs have been handed over to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development Inspectorate for handling violations and destroying them according to regulations.
