Among 181 products, Abbott's Similac GainPlus IQ (with Intelli-Pro) 1.7kg has the highest recommended retail price of 727,000 VND/box. Next is Baby's Only Organic milk (0-12 months) 900g of Organic Vietnam Trading and Development Joint Stock Company at 710,000 VND/box...

A representative of the Price Management Department (Ministry of Finance) said that the retail price that businesses recommended would only increase by 5-12% of the wholesale price, lower than the regulated 15% of the wholesale price.

In addition, the Ministry of Finance also requested local Departments of Finance to base on the list of maximum wholesale prices, registered prices and recommended retail prices to check, review and monitor the determination of maximum retail prices and register retail prices to consumers.

From tomorrow, June 21, the official retail price of milk will be applied according to the ceiling price as regulated by the Ministry of Finance.
