Hospital Director Nguyen Xuan Sau reported on the implementation of the hospital's policy of increasing hospital fees. |

Doctor Bui Dinh Long - Director of the Department of Health raised some requirements that need to be clarified. |
Thanks to the additional resources through the price increase of some services, the hospital pays more attention to the treatment of hospital waste and environmental sanitation, creating a better living environment inside and outside the hospital (each month the hospital spends about 120 million for this activity). The source for paying for electricity and water for the hospital is also more secure. The quality of examination and treatment has increased, thereby reducing the number of treatment days, reducing the flow of patients regularly treated at the hospital, reducing pressure on the hospital and reducing difficulties for patients. However, besides that, the process of implementing the policy is still revealing some shortcomings that have not created conditions for medical examination and treatment facilities and met the increasing demand for health care services of the people.

Deputy Head of the Culture - Social Committee of the Provincial People's Council concluded at the survey. |
Concluding the survey, Deputy Head of the Culture and Social Affairs Committee of the Provincial People's Council, Ton Thi Cam Ha, emphasized: The purpose of adjusting the prices of medical services in the past time is to balance the health insurance fund, while ensuring the harmony of interests for patients who have not participated in health insurance. Therefore, it is recommended that the hospital continue to overcome the current difficulties and shortcomings to ensure increased benefits for the people within the limits and regulations on prices of services currently prescribed. Continue to research with the health sector to propose and recommend adjusting service prices closer to reality; which types of services need to be adjusted to increase, which types of services need to be adjusted to decrease for the Provincial People's Council to consider in the coming time, to harmonize the interests between ensuring the fund and the interests of the people.
