When he saw Le Cong Th. (11 years old) playing with a grenade at home, his grandfather asked and the child said he borrowed it from a friend in class. A moment later, the plastic grenade suddenly exploded, injuring Th.'s left hand and chest. Tran Thuy L. (16 years old) who was playing nearby was also injured in the right thigh.
