Providing unlicensed online games, 2 companies were fined 170 million VND
For violating regulations in providing G1 online game services, Minh Chau Entertainment Joint Stock Company and Vinh Xuan Online Service Joint Stock Company were each fined VND85 million by the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Information and Communications.
The Inspectorate of the Ministry of Information and Communications has just issued two decisions to sanction administrative violations in the provision of online electronic game services against two companies providing online game services, for providing services without a license from a state management agency.

Specifically, according to Decision No. 28/QD-XPVPHC dated April 6, 2016, Minh Chau Entertainment Joint Stock Company (address: Room 301, 3rd floor, Hacinco Sports Hotel, Nhan Chinh Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi) was fined for illegally providing the games "Mysterious Alliance", "Luc Dai Vo Lam", "Than Ma Dai Luc", "Ba Tam Quoc", "Van Kiem" via the homepage http://mc-corp.vn.
And according to Decision No. 30/QD-XPVPHC dated April 7, 2016, Vinh Xuan Online Service Joint Stock Company (address: 69 Tran Quang Dieu, O Cho Dua Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi) was fined for illegally providing the games "Tu Dai Hoang Chien", "Linh Vuong Truyen Ky", "Manga Heros", "Thien Long Truyen Ky, Than Tien Dao" via the homepage http://slg.vn.
Each company was fined VND85 million, based on Clause 5, Article 67 of Decree 174/2013/ND-CP dated November 13, 2013 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions in the fields of post, telecommunications, information technology and radio frequencies.
