Fostering cultural behavior in tourism

During the two days of March 31 and April 1, 2007, Cua Lo town opened 3 training courses on cultural behavior for nearly 800 people, including management staff from the town to the grassroots level and those providing tourism services in the area. Through the training course, the trainees were given basic knowledge about tourism service business, cultural environment in communication with tourists and issues related to sustainable tourism development by Associate Professor - Dr. Dinh Trung Kien - Head of Tourism Department - Hanoi University of Social Sciences and Humanities and Chief Vice Chairman of the Town People's Committee, about the new policies in management and business of Cua Lo tourism services in 2007. After the training course, those working as taxi drivers and photographers were granted work permits during the tourist season.
