Fostering cultural behavior in tourism

On March 31 and April 1, 2007, Cua Lo town opened 3 training courses on cultural behavior for nearly 800 people, including management staff from the town to the grassroots level and those providing tourism services in the area. Through the training courses, the trainees were given basic knowledge about tourism business, about the cultural environment in communicating with tourists and issues related to sustainable tourism development by Associate Professor - Dr. Dinh Trung Kien - Head of the Department of Tourism - Hanoi University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Chief Vice Chairman of the Town People's Committee, about the new policies in the management and business of Cua Lo tourism services in 2007. After the training courses, those working as taxi drivers and photographers were granted work permits during the tourist season.
