The election atmosphere in Thai Hoa town was lively, exciting and safe. On all the streets of the town, flags and banners were beautifully decorated and fresh. At the election teams, at exactly 6:30 a.m., the opening ceremony was held. After the flag-raising ceremony and opening speech, voters began to vote.

By 3:00 p.m. on May 22, 94% of voters in the entire town had participated in voting.
