The election atmosphere in Thai Hoa town was vibrant, exciting and safe. All over the town streets, flags and banners were beautifully decorated, fresh. At the election teams, at exactly 6:30 a.m., the opening ceremony was held, after the flag-raising ceremony and opening speech, voters began to vote.
By 3:00 p.m. on May 22, 94% of voters in the entire town had participated in voting.
