Lotus seed, snow peas, and Chinese yam soup: 25g dried yam, lotus seed each, 15g snow peas, 20g lotus seeds, a little white sugar. Poria cocos and red bean porridge: Soak red beans for half a day, remove and wash, cook poria cocos, jujubes and rice into porridge. This dish can be eaten instead of rice for breakfast and dinner, and should be eaten hot to help treat kidney syndrome: 25g Poria cocos, 30g red beans, 10 large jujubes, 100g rice.

Red bean and cogon root porridge: 200g fresh cogon root, red beans, rice each. Wash cogon root, put in pot, add appropriate amount of water, cook to get the water and discard the residue. Wash rice and red beans, add cogon root water to cook porridge. Divide this dish into 3-4 servings to eat throughout the day, supporting the treatment of kidney syndrome.
