Add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and simmer until the peanuts are soft. Season to taste. This dish should be consumed within the day.

Uses: Strengthens the spleen and harmonizes the stomach, benefits the kidneys and promotes diuresis. Suitable for people with both spleen and kidney deficiency due to chronic kidney disease, with common symptoms such as pale complexion, back pain, weakness, and swelling of the lower limbs.
Peanut and Garlic Soup: 150g peanuts, 100g garlic cloves. Wash the peanuts and peel and wash the garlic. Put both into an earthenware pot, add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat and simmer until the peanuts are tender. Season to taste and consume within the day.

Red bean porridge with Poria cocos: Soak red beans for half a day, then rinse and cook them with Poria cocos, jujubes, and rice to make porridge. This dish can be eaten as a substitute for rice in the morning and evening, and should be eaten hot to help treat kidney disease syndrome: 25g Poria cocos, 30g red beans, 10 large jujubes, 100g rice.

Red bean and cogon grass root porridge: 200g each of fresh cogon grass root, red beans, and rice. Wash the cogon grass root thoroughly, put it in a pot with an appropriate amount of water, and boil it to extract the liquid, discarding the residue. Wash the rice and red beans, then add the cogon grass root liquid and cook into porridge. This dish should be divided into 3-4 servings and consumed throughout the day, supporting the treatment of kidney disease syndrome.

Corn, green bean, and apple porridge: 50g of corn kernels, 50g of large apples, and 25g of green beans. Wash the green beans, cut them into small pieces, and cook them with the corn and apples to make porridge. Eat this dish once a day to help treat kidney disease syndrome.
