Comrade Le Xuan Dai highlighted the role of cooperation and synchronous coordination between the leaders of the two provinces and the two special working groups of Nghe An - Xieng Khouang in ensuring security on the border, in cooperation to create conditions for the Nghe An Provincial Military Command's collection team to successfully complete the plan to search for and recover the remains of Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts who sacrificed their lives for the noble international mission in Laos during the dry season of 2012-2013 and the following years.
